My two favorite chicks rapper Nicki Minaj and Amber Rose were spotted hanging backstage with Karen Civil at the Philly stop of the America’s Most Wanted Tour. The AMW tour began last night and features Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Drake and Soulja Boy. -Nicole Bitchie
