Ciara gets the short hair, stamp of approval!

R&B Singer Ciara was spotted at the Express and Elle Magazine event on Wednesday night decked out in all red. At the event, she revealed to People Magazine:

“I have to admit I love my hair long but trying shorter is fun too because with fashion and with women, our hair is our way of us expressing ourselves. That’s kind of what I felt and that’s what inspired me to go short. I was like, ‘I just want to go short today,’ so I said to my hair stylist, [Kiyah], ‘what can we do?’”
Am I the only one that thinks she looks good here? Hair actually looked good and make up was on point. She’s giving me that Halle Berry/Nia Long. However, the site Hip Hop Pop Crunch claims her ex-friend Rihanna is over Ciara stealing her look. Since when did every short style become Rihanna’s though?

Kelis and baby day out....

Kelis spotted going into a coffee shop on 23rd street and wasn't recognize because didn’t have any bodyguards. Kelis looks extremely overjoyed. -If I just won 40-55k a month in child & spousal support I probably would too :-)




According to Kelis’s twitter page, she has hired a 24 hour nurse but was thinking about sending her home because she felt like she was under 24 hour surveillance. She also writes:

Ok...as a single mother of ONE, I do believe that every man should have part in their child's life, and yes...sad but true...we as woman do have to force some men to pay...but uhhh $55K though??? I mean i have a 3 year old son, and don't think I've even reached $55K in spendings since he's been born...so uhhh what she plan on doing with all that "cash flow" I mean honestly Kelis...it's child support and not an early retirement...even though I'm sure after the baby is born, you'll bounce back with more hits. :) From Nas' statement to sources, he seemed pretty happy about their new bundle of joy...

I need to vent on fake people. I HATE fake people. Especially FAKE, JEALOUS people. One thing that irks that crap outta me is older woman that are jealous and envy younger woman...and I am currently running into these type of females on a regular basis. I'm sorry that when you were my age you ain't "have it like that" and I'm sorry that you're 40 years old PLUS and trying to keep up with me...Sat down somewhere and stock up on your depends, you're 40!!! You're not suppose to look like a 22 year old! And what's REALLY sad is...i'm 22 and I'm making more then YOU! WOW....I'm normally not negative towards people and try to keep a positive attitude. But rat nah...this chick is about to get it...like cold shoulder...man I'm such a good friend and you want to be fake???? Don't come to my house when you need some toilet tissue, or a bottle of water, or when you hungry, because I'm not your momma, and I'm not here to supply for a grown @#$ woman!!! I'm far to nice...I'm far to kind. I show too much sympathy for the human's that cross my path. I give my heart to fuckers that don't deserve it. And expect high expectations. Why must we take advantage of one another? Why can't we treat everyone with loving, caring hearts. Why do we have to lie to the world as if nothing is going on. I'm done with a lot of things, and most importantly a lot of people. With all that I've been through, you'd think I'd be a bitter female by now...but NOPE...I can only point a finger to ONE PERSON, and that's myself for allowing things to happen. Self-control is what we all need. And self-control is what I'll practice. I'm done being your fool, I'm done giving my all to someone that doesn't deserve it. And most importantly, I'm done listening to what you're "going to do" Actions speak louder then words, and actions are powerful. If you're going to "talk" about it...BE about it. Whats going on with the men in this world these days? From having multiple kids, to not taking care of em, to multiple baby momma's. I'm a PROUD full time single mom, no child support, no visitation...NOTHING! Hell, I feel that I don't have to ask you to take care of YOUR seed, you laid in the bed, now make it up!! My son is my WORLD. And when I say I have a GOOD little boy, I have a GOOD LITTLE BOY! He's sooo respectful. And I have every intention to raise him to treat ALL woman with the up most respect. Father's Day is coming up, and I feel so bad sometimes because my son doesn't have his biological father here to celebrate it with him. Thank God for my dad, who has taken the roll of being the father in my son's life. My son is not a Holiday charm, and no kid should be. Sending gifts for their birthday, Easter, Christmas, and all other holiday's don't make you a FATHER! I give kudos to all the single baby momma's that can make it on their own without standing in front of a judge crying about what he needs to pay. And give even MORE kudos to the men that MAN UP and take care of their kids...without having the "system" make you. And for the men/woman out there, that DON'T take care of their kids...SHAME ON YOU, I bet you'll claim em if they make it to the NFL, or NBA, or WNBA or make SOMETHING out of their lives...as if you was there to get em where they are. If you have kids, and you and the mother/father aren't getting a long...STOP IT! Grow up and realize that you have a CHILD that is watching EVERYTHING you do...and believe it or not, they WILL pick up your bad habits!

I was saved in Sept 2008, when I got saved it was the BEST feeling in the WORLD! But of course, the devil tries to attack, and I allowed him to win, by going back and doing all the bad things I did before I got saved. I needed a good dose of "self control" I'm a VERY family oriented person. I love my family like crazy, and thank God for each and every one of them. But no family is perfect, and no one is perfect. It's the life we live. I just don't see why there is a reason for one person to talk about/down one, when their life isn't in order...and even if it was in order...WHY GOSSIP??? We ALL have trails in our life, and some are bigger then others. Some may hit someone all at once, while some may hit someone here and there, or every once in a while. I know one thing, when the devil is after/attacking you, thats a good thing believe it or not, because that means you're doing something RIGHT. When the devil isn't after you, thats when you should be worried...back to this whole gossip thing...CHRISTIANS SHOULDN'T GOSSIP...THEN END!

uuuh oooh...thats right...this blog is straight ^ about MEN. why they do this, and why they do that...(clears throat)...i'm a good lookin girl (well, i least i think so)...you can call me vain or whatever, but i can turn some heads...i got the walk, and the talk...and the smile to ice the cake. i think i've dated almost every type of guy out there, from white collar fellas, to straight up hood figgas. and they are ALL the same...well i won't say ALL, i will say they have too much in common. and how come some guys don't know the difference in friends/relationships?? EXAMPLE: there's this guy thats is TOTALLY not my type...but he's a nice person to CHAT with...thats it...but sometimes he tends to get very, very aggravating...and ask me "Why are you ignoring me" or blah blah, "you never return my phone calls" aarrgghh...i'm not trying to make you my man just because we convo well. you're just a FRIEND...then you have that guy that you're into...the guy that you don't mind if he come over and chill EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK...the guy that you get butterflies about when he comes around...but with him...he just wants to be friends, when a relationship would work LOVELY for you too. That just pisses me off. i think thats why i make the decision to stay single. don't get me wrong, i would love a relationship...but by the time you figure out a guy, get use to each others lifestyles and all that other good stuff, you find yourself wasting time on someone you dont really care to be with. i've heard that the best man to have is your bestfriend, and i can honeslty see myself long term with my bestfriend...we have known each other for about 6years and got into ONE argument...he's good lookin, excellent head on his shoulders...and all that other "good stuff" haha...but ummm yea...if he asked me to be with him, i'd take the ride, and ride it like a cow girl. lmao. well...i think thats all i have to say for now...until something else pop up in this lil head of mine :)

Yo...whats good. I decided to create a blogger account because I like to vent...and get peoples opinions on various things...men, money, the people I roll with, and simple crap like...WHAT SHOULD I EAT! ha. Right now I'm at a point in my life where I have MANY roads to take...I just don't know WHICH road I wanna go down. I'm making excellent money for my age...110% independent, full time single mother, with NO child support...(shout out to my baby mommas)...as a matter of fact...i wanna open up a BMC...baby momma club...lol. i'm VERY outgoing...i can walk into a room full of strangers and make friends. i'm a happy person...positive, LOVE helping people...i just love people! if you wanna know more about me...well here ya go...i ride motorcycles, plan on owning one VERY soon, jet ski's, fishing, fashion, cooking, you name it, i'll do it. i love all types of musik. uhhh...ummm...yea. i dont plan on livin where im livin for the rest of my life. i do plan on travelin the frickin WORLD! and of course...taggin my kid with me...oh and ummm any man that can keep up with me. i'm ALWAYS on the go. i can be in pajamas one minute, and jazzed up the next. all you gotta go is buzz the celly and say "Dree lets go" and i'm ready...lol. right now...i need a vacay...i feel like im missin something in my life...and i know EXACTLY what it is...what i'm missin is something that i CAN live w/o...but it would be nice to have a strong man by my side that WON'T aggravate the crap outta me. sometimes i sit and think of the different type of businesses that i can open...EXAMPLE: B.L.C. Bikini Lawn Care Services, i bet you fellas would love to call into work and say "Boss i'm not coming in, my lawn care girls are here" ha...or a D&C Dudes and Chicks car spa. All female customers go through a line where these hot men rub their cars down, and the fellas go to the ladies...of course weather would have to be right for BOTH of these ideas...but thats just something that wonders through my head. i'm all about sexy, and both of those are sexxxxy.
